LipSeal Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to all orders placed through www.lipseal.co.nz (“Website”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Processing Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
We partner with NZ Post for nationwide delivery:

Standard Urban Delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch

Rural Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available on all New Zealand orders.

Rural addresses may attract additional delivery charges, which will be calculated at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped with a trackable NZ Post service.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
5. Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

LipSeal is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Delays & Liability

LipSeal is not liable for delivery delays caused by NZ Post, weather events, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.

If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in tracking it down.
7. International Shipping
At this stage, LipSeal ships within New Zealand only. International shipping may be added in the future.
